When buyers of ticket submit the ticket form they are forwarded to PayPal for payment. If they complete the transaction PayPal sends an Instant Payment Notification to NARIP and the purchase is marked as “VERIFIED”.  If they do not complete the transaction at PayPal the account remains marked as “PENDING”.

A timed job runs once per day to send a reminder  for purchases older than one day where the event is still in the future and the buyer has not been previously notified.
